Company History

For over 50 years, HAMBA Filltec GmbH & Co. KG has remained an industry leader in the design, development and manufacture of high-speed food packaging systems for extended shelf life and aseptic packaging in preformed plastic containers. After HAMBA Filltec’s 2004 departure from the SIG Group, of Switzerland, HAMBA Filltec management decided that the best way to locally support and grow HAMBA’s NAFTA customer base was to strengthen its entrepreneurial leadership by selling HAMBA USA to a recognized individual with extensive experience in the industry.

On May 26, 2004 former president of HAMBA USA Inc. Gary N. Pyles purchased all of the company stock.
Mr. Pyles’ experience and knowledge of HAMBA’s business and equipment stretches over 12 years involving in every aspect of HAMBA equipment, from new machine installation, equipment design, regulation compliance, maintenance, training, and parts supply. HAMBA USA, Inc. exclusively distributes HAMBA equipment in the
NAFTA region out of its office/warehouse facility located in St. Peters, MO.
